The Training and Placement Cell at ARYA plays a pivotal role in shaping students' career aspirations and guiding them toward success. Established in 2001, the cell operates as an independent entity, led by the Director of Training and Placement, supported by a dedicated Training and Placement Officer (TPO) and departmental coordinators. The vision of the cell is "Transforming every student into an employer’s first choice."
The mission of the cell is "Empowering students to confidently face the global competitive world and secure desired placements."
The cell collaborates with numerous industry leaders, including trusted recruiters like TCS, IBM, Google, Amazon, Wipro, Bosch, Infosys, HCL, Mphasis, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Accenture, Mindtree, Mahindra & Mahindra and many more.
To enhance students' employability, the placement cell consists of five skilled personnel: The Director of Placement, TPO, and departmental placement coordinators. Dedicated slots in the regular timetable focus on communication, soft skills, and specialized training programs, ensuring holistic skill development for all students.
