•    Academic Records: Class 10/12-mark sheets, transfer certificates, migration certificates, RTU enrollment numbers, exam results, and attendance records.
•    Financial Information: Bank account details (for fee refunds/scholarships), transaction IDs, and fee payment history. 
Note: We do not store credit/debit card pins or passwords; payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways.
•    Sensitive Personal Data: Medical history (for hostelers/health emergencies), caste/category certificates (for reservation/scholarship purposes as mandated by Govt. of Rajasthan & GOI).
•    Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information when you access our official website or student portal (www.aryacollege.in).

3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is processed strictly for educational and administrative purposes, including but not limited to:
1.    Admissions & Enrollment: Processing applications and registering students with Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota.
2.    Regulatory Compliance: Uploading mandatory student/faculty data to the AICTE web portal and All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE).
3.    Academic Administration: Conducting internal and university examinations, declaring results, and issuing ID cards.
4.    Training & Placement: Sharing student profiles (resumes, academic grades) with corporate recruiters for campus drives and internships.
5.    Communication: Sending SMS/Email alerts regarding fees, exam schedules, and attendance shortages.
6.    Campus Security: CCTV surveillance and maintaining entry/exit logs for safety.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. However, we are required to share specific data with the following entities:
•    Regulatory Bodies: Data is shared with RTU (for exams/degrees), AICTE (for approval compliance), and the Department of Technical Education (DTE), Rajasthan.
•    Government Agencies: For scholarship disbursement (e.g., Samaj Kalyan Vibhag).
•    Placement Partners: Student data is shared with recruiting companies during placement drives strictly for recruitment purposes.
•    Third-Party Service Providers: Trusted vendors who manage our ERP systems, payment gateways, or transport services, bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).

As a Data Principal, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
