Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AI&DS) at Arya College of Engineering and IT was established with a mission to deliver exceptional technical education and to foster innovation in the fields of AI and Data Science. Approved by AICTE and affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, the department emphasizes the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical applications, industry interactions, and research collaborations.

Curriculum:

First Year: Common engineering foundation courses across all disciplines.

Second Year: Introduction to core subjects such as Probability and Statistics, Linear Algebra, and Data Structures specific to AI and Data Science.

Third Year: Advanced courses including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing, and Big Data Analytics. Students also engage in seminars and mini projects in small groups.

Final Year: Specialized courses like Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, Advanced Algorithms, and elective subjects based on student interest. A significant industry-oriented project is also undertaken to prepare students for real-world challenges.
