Challenges in Global Market Scenario

“It does not matter that what you do, rather how you do it matter the most.” This formula is perfectly applied on all those students who have just completed their studies and have entered in the global market for shaping their career. At the time we were in school, we were aware of every next step that will be taken by us such as we will go in seventh after sixth grade or eighth after seventh so on. The same situation we face when we complete our high school as well as graduation and move towards our career and there are many challenges out there waiting for us already. Here are some challenges every student will go to face in global market which differ in their level of difficulty but also they encourage us to take a step in our work life. When we were in college we used to live a convenient life with full of positivity but once this positivity shatter, we experience the number of future opportunities as well as unperformed actions in order to shape our life. Some of the big challenges faced by students in the global market are mentioned below: •Lack of Guidance: An identity difficulty will be faced by us when we enter the global market as a fresher. You also face a time when you do not want to be a part of any professional conversation or a meeting. You find it easy to avoid these works in colleges but you have to be professional at this time. You should give your opinion and thoughts on an issue being discussed. In addition to this, another challenge is lack of sense or direction. You should keep updated yourself with the guidelines and protocols of organization. •Learning Quickly: A student learns only basics from the college but the real knowledge is acquired by them in working with the company on live projects. When the valuable training is being provided you by the company then we should not overlook it take it for granted as company spend months or sometimes years for train their employees. •Accepting The Professional Environment: you may experience in your first job that your seniors do not have that much of knowledge that they supposed to have. And you start criticizing or discussing it with your colleagues. You are not supposed to do that as talent does not mean everything on the workplace, you should possess soft skills too. •Working As a Team: you should contribute your bit and cannot delegate to the others that you used to do in college days.
