Entrepreneurship Cell is dedicated to the cause of promoting entrepreneurship among students. It invites various eminent entrepreneurs to deliver lectures to educate students about the joys and hardships of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship cell plans to organize various events like Guest Lectures, Business Plan workshops, Case study workshops, Knowledge Camps, patent workshops to involve students in activities that are essential to an entrepreneur. Entrepreneur Cell is also working on linking the right investors with the right entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurial development today has become very significant, in view of its being a key to economic development and to bring entrepreneur qualities among students. The objectives of industrial development, regional growth, and employment generation depend upon entrepreneurial development. Entrepreneurs are the seeds and fruits of industrial development. The Entrepreneur gives greater employment opportunities to unemployed youth.
Entrepreneurship is a process of actions of an entrepreneur, who is a person always in search of something new and exploits such, ideas into gainful opportunities by accepting the risk and uncertainty with the enterprise. The Institution has taken initiation to inculcate the spirit of entrepreneurship among all the students.
The Entrepreneurship Development Cell is headed by Chief Coordinator and supported by Departmental coordinators. All the departments have their Entrepreneurship Development Cell, in which many Industry success person visit and guide the future Entrepreneurs.
- The role of Entrepreneurship Development cell is primarily to assist the students to find suitable guidance.
- The Entrepreneurship Development cell organize periodically industry – institution meet
to interact with top industry Leaders to interact with students.
- To plan for summer /short term projects on site.
- Keep track of student’s progression.
